In addition to nutrition, we’ll explore these elements to find alignment.

Take the first step by scheduling a 30-minute consultation. We’ll spend this time getting to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. This is not a coaching session but merely an opportunity to connect and to understand where you may be looking for support and guidance. We’ll also use this time to determine which session offering best meets your needs.

Following the consultation, we’ll spend our first session doing a deep dive into your health challenges, concerns, and roadblocks, and envision where you hope to find alignment, growth, and healing.

Depending on the duration of our sessions, we’ll spend our time working toward your goals by taking small, sustainable steps. My current offerings can be explored here.
