I’m currently offering three program options to speak to your healing needs.

All sessions are currently held virtually and are one-on-one to allow for a personalized and dedicated self-care journey.

3-Session Clarity Program

1 - 75-minute session
2 - 50-minute sessions

This program is for those that feel that they are already experiencing some level of alignment in their lives but are looking for guidance, education, and support in 1-2 key areas.

We’ll do a deep dive into your health concerns and roadblocks, envisioning where you hope to find growth and healing. Together, we’ll work to set actionable goals that you can work toward within the program as well as on your own after our time together is complete.

Taking a mindful approach, we’ll explore nutrition, self-awareness, movement, physical and emotional imbalances, and other critical lifestyle factors. 

6-Session Revive Program

1 - 75-minute session
5 - 50-minute sessions

This program is for those looking to revive or incorporate a few foundational nutrition and lifestyle adjustments. Perhaps you’re looking to make nutritional changes, incorporate self-care practices, explore sleep or stress-reducing techniques, address hormonal concerns, or are just feeling unmotivated on your journey. Whatever your reason may be, this is the perfect program for you.

We’ll spend two sessions per month for 3 months working toward your goals and desires. Taking a mindful approach, we’ll work on getting to the root of those concerns; making sustainable and powerful adjustments that will bring noticeable change. 

My goal for you in this program is to find self-awareness, motivation, clarity and openness while guiding you to feel your best!

12-Session Nurture Program

12 - 50-minute sessions

This program is for those looking to make lasting, sustainable change to help support a balanced life. Perhaps you’ve had challenges committing to your health for the long-term, you’ve felt overwhelmed, discouraged, or have lingering health concerns that you’re looking to address. Maybe you’re just ready for change, but are unsure where to start. Whatever your reason may be, this program provides an uplifting and supportive space for you to overcome your challenges with longer-term support.

We’ll spend two sessions per month for 6 months getting to the root of your health concerns and making slow but powerful adjustments. Taking a mindful approach, we’ll explore nutrition, self-awareness, movement, physical and emotional imbalances, and other critical lifestyle factors. 

My goal for you in this program is to find long-term balance, motivation, clarity, and openness while guiding you to feel your best!
